REPLACING A DEVICE

When something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered. Save time by double checking that the following has been done before contacting us:

  • Be sure your device is registered. The warranty is only valid on registered products.
  • Verify that your device was purchased from an authorized retailer (via physical or digital receipt).
  • View the Warranty Terms above to ensure that it’s still covered.
