Purchase made through Clarisonic.ca

We offer a 90-day, 100% money-back guarantee on our face brushes*. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your face brush and would like to return your Clarisonic face brush purchased from Clarisonic.ca, simply return the purchased products within ninety (90) days of the delivery. Please note that all promotional products, including free samples and gift with purchases, must be returned. We will be happy to credit your account for the amount of the purchase.

Save time by double checking that the following has been done before contacting us:

  • Be sure your face brush is registered. The warranty is only valid on registered products.
  • View the Warranty Terms above to ensure that it’s still covered.

Returns or exchanges for purchases made online may not be accepted for return or exchange at a Clarisonic Counter.

We recommend that you return all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered via Canada Post and that you send your return via Canada Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content rendered unusable, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-866-459-1860 (Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time). The carrier will be notified and the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

Purchase made from an authorized retailer

If the item you wish to return was purchased through an authorized retailer, we recommend returning to the place of purchase for resolution. In the event you are unable to return to the place of purchase, please contact our customer service at 1-866-459-1860 (Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time) for assistance. Please be noted that the purchase receipt is necessary.

Please note that Clarisonic does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:

  • Sonic Cleansing and sonic infusion devices purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels.
  • Clarisonic Sonic Cleansing Face Brushes purchased more than 90 days prior
  • Clarisonic Opal® Sonic Infusion Devices purchased more than 90 days prior.
  • Products returned without a valid itemized receipt.
  • Shipping charges.
  • Orders for personalized engraving cannot be cancelled. Once placed, your order cannot be returned except when due to defect.
  • Items purchased through a gift card.

*Brush heads, cleansers, and accessories are not covered by the Clarisonic 90-day Feel and See Guarantee.
